Cancellation & refund policy

From the app, go to Subscription and hit Cancel. That schedules your plan to end at the end of the current billing period. You'll still have full access until that date — nothing gets pulled from under you.

After cancellation your workspace stays for 60 days at read-only. Your galleries stay live for your clients — links keep working, downloads keep flowing. You can re-subscribe anytime in that window and pick up exactly where you left off.

After 60 days we archive the workspace and its content.

If you go over your plan's storage limit, we give you 15 days to upgrade or clean up before uploads and downloads are paused. Your galleries never disappear during that window.

• Monthly plans: no refund for the current month, but no future charges either.
• Annual plans: pro-rata refund for unused whole months if you cancel within 30 days of renewal. After that, no refund but no future charges.
• Storage add-ons and Gallery Shop sales are non-refundable, but you can turn them off going forward.

Paddle is our merchant of record; refunds show up on the payment method you used originally.

If you migrated in from another platform under a promotional agreement, that agreement's terms may extend or override the refund rules above. Check your welcome email.
