This is a working draft maintained by Curanta describing how AI is used inside the product today, and what it doesn't touch.
Where AI shows up today
- Thumbnails and poster extraction. Automated video processing for previews. No language model involved.
- SEO helpers (admin only). Draft copy suggestions in the admin panel. Only admin-authored inputs are sent to a model; never your uploaded content, viewer emails, or gallery contents.
What we do NOT send to model providers
- Your uploaded videos or posters.
- Viewer emails collected via the email gate.
- Gallery invitation lists or favorites data.
- Analytics events or purchase records.
- Payment information.
Providers we use
When a Curanta feature uses an external model, we call it out where the feature lives. We use Lovable's AI gateway with reputable providers; contracts require providers not to train on your data.
AI crawlers
Public marketing pages are crawlable. Client-facing galleries and the app itself are not indexed and are blocked from AI crawlers via robots directives. We don't currently sell content to model providers, and we don't plan to.

If you'd rather no AI features run against your content, email privacy@curanta.io and we'll disable optional AI features on your workspace.
