Privacy policy

Curanta ("we", "us") is a client delivery and approval platform for content creators, operated from Atlanta, Georgia. This policy covers the Curanta website and app. Contact: privacy@curanta.io.

• Account data: name, email, password hash, avatar, workspace details.
• Content you upload: videos, posters, gallery text, brand assets.
• Client / viewer data: emails collected via your email gate or gallery invitations; favorites and downloads tied to a viewer session.
• Usage events: gallery views, downloads, favorites, purchases. Aggregated per workspace.
• Billing data: handled by Paddle (our merchant of record) and, for gallery shop, your connected processor. We don't store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address (hashed for rate limiting), user agent, cookies used for auth and referral attribution.

• Deliver the service — host your galleries, authenticate you, send transactional emails.
• Show you analytics about your galleries.
• Prevent abuse (rate limiting, moderation of reported content).
• Send you product and account emails. Marketing emails only if you opt in.

We do not sell your data. We do not sell your clients' emails.

• Infrastructure: our hosting and database provider, video storage/CDN.
• Payments: Paddle (subscriptions), and your chosen processor (Stripe / PayPal / Square) for gallery shop sales.
• Email delivery: our transactional email provider, sending from notify.curanta.io.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect the service.

We keep your account and gallery data while your account is active. When you delete a workspace, we purge its content within 30 days, minus what we're required to keep for billing and legal reasons.

• Export or delete your workspace data from your account settings.
• Ask us for a copy of your personal data by emailing privacy@curanta.io.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email at the footer of any marketing message.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and industry-standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor auth where available.

Curanta is not intended for people under 16. Please don't sign up if you're under that age.

We'll update this page when practices change and post the new date at the top. Material changes get an email.
